It is our pleasure to organise the fifth workshop in the Frontiers in Computational Electrocardiology (FiCE) series, which will take place on Thursday 27 September, 2018 in Maastricht, The Netherlands.
The half-day workshop is entitled “Frontiers in Computational Electrocardiology 2018 (FiCE18): From bits and pixels towards patients,” and this time is a satellite event to the Computing in Cardiology (CinC) conference that will be held in Maastricht on the days before.
During the FiCE workshop, we will discuss the integration of imaging modalities for cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis and therapy, and the personalization of computational modeling through imaging. Such integration of modalities will likely be necessary to improve diagnosis and provide precision medicine for patients with heart rhythm disorders. This workshop brings together international experts and stimulates a productive discussion.
